About Adam
Over the course of his career, Adam has helped raise more than $40 million for campaigns, causes, and organizations, advising clients on strategic communications, business development, leadership alignment, and market positioning. His background spans the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, giving him a rare ability to translate high-stakes strategy into practical, actionable plans.
What began as a career in political strategy evolved into a passion for helping business leaders solve complex challenges. Today, Adam partners with executive teams through coaching, strategic planning, communications, and brand development—bringing disciplined thinking, candid counsel, and cohesive messaging to every engagement.
Adam is equally at home in confidential boardroom discussions, executive coaching sessions, investor and sales presentations, and large-scale events featuring senior leaders and public figures. He has founded and led three consulting firms, advised members of Congress and U.S. Senators, and served as a trusted advisor to organizations ranging from early-stage companies to established enterprises.
Outside of his professional work, Adam is drawn to the outdoors and the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. Based in Portland, Oregon, he enjoys birding, sailing, climbing, hiking, snowshoeing, and canoeing. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education, and lives in Portland with his partner and son.
